Dear Clients,
We are delighted to work with you and look forward to helping make your event a huge success!
Due to the impact of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, we have put into place a new set of guidelines for décor set/strike procedures, as well as in-home parties and in-person/on-site entertainment events. These guidelines will be effective for Phase 1 reopening beginning Saturday, May 9, 2020. As the situation evolves, BWAT will be working with our clients to ensure the health and safety of your event team and guests, as well as the safety of BWAT Team Members.
BWAT will continue to monitor and follow CDC, WHO recommendations, as well as all local and state guidelines and requirements. Please carefully read the safety guidelines list below prior to your event.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this challenging time. We are eager to join in the celebration of your event! We’re in this together!
Décor Set/Strike:
1) BWAT’s Decor Team Members will use masks and hand sanitizer while on job sites.
2) Social distancing must be maintained at all times. Clients and guests will not be allowed to be within 6 feet of the décor team.
Entertainer Guidelines:
1) For all in-person events, our entertainers will wear a mask the entire time he/she is on-site or in your home.
2) Social distancing must be in place at all times. Neither clients nor their guests (adults or children) will be allowed to be within 6 feet of the entertainer.
3) For in-home children’s parties, while the entertainer is performing, the children will be required to sit on the floor 6 feet away. If the entertainer is doing a magic show, there will be no volunteers from the audience to come up to assist. If the entertainer is doing balloon creations, the entertainer will make the requested designs and place them next to him/her for distribution.
If at any time these guidelines are not being followed, or the entertainers or Décor Teams feel that their health or safety may be in jeopardy, they are instructed to leave the party IMMEDIATELY even if it is during the party/event time window. There will be NO REFUNDS if the entertainer leaves early for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
