*A modest mileage fee may be added for travel beyond the Greater Las Vegas/Henderson/Boulder City area. If traveling 100 miles or more, an allowance for travel, lodging, and food may also be required. All bookings beyond 100 miles require the following deposits at least two weeks prior to the event: Full prepayment of estimated traveling expenses, plus a deposit equal to or greater than 50% of the party/event fee.
